Job Description
 
Position: HR (Senior) Manager
Location: WWF China Beijing Office
Reports to: HR Director
合同期限:6-12个月
 
Major function:
Reporting to the HR Director, the Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for WWF China.
 
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
·      Consults with hiring managers on recruitment and interview process. Consults with hiring managers and department or function leaders on current and future openings.
·      Conduct recruitment and interview process.
·      Creates an effective candidate network. Uses technology and other measures to find new candidates. Systematizes candidates’ information as appropriate. Maintain a candidate pool.
·      Creates and leads special staffing projects and initiatives that affect a function or the organization.
·      Developing staffing strategies and implementing programs and plans.
·      Develops and manages relationships with external parties to build a high quality and diverse candidate pool.
·      Engages in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, vendors and other stakeholders.
·      Makes job offers, negotiates with candidates and closes offers, in charge of staff on-board process.
·      Plans and conducts new employee induction programs to foster positive attitudes toward WWF goals.
·      Implementing HR programs and policies as needed by the organization.
·      Develop and discuss organizational procedures and policies.
 
Skills and Specifications:
·      Ability to develop HR policy papers.
·      Ability to think strategically, with solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.
·      Strong project management, time management, and communication skills.
·      Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
·      Excellent inter-personal skills, and team building skills.
·      Excellent ability to work cross-culturally.
·      Demonstrated proficiency with Ms Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
 
Qualifications Required:
·      Minimum of 6-8 years in a HR managerial position.
·      Ability to speak, write and read Chinese and English.
