    我们谨代表北京中外企业人力资源协会理事会和秘书处，欢迎您出席北京中外企业人力资源协会（HRA）第十届年度大会暨展览会。国防大学教授、中国管理科学院院士姜国柱教授应邀作为主题演讲嘉宾出席大会，令协会深感荣幸。

    近年来，经济全球化和中国经济的强劲增长为各行业企业带来了无限商机。而要在竞争中立于不败，无论是在华投资的外国公司还是中国本土企业都面临人力资源领域的空前挑战。这些挑战包括但不仅限于人才的短缺、如何激励和保留核心员工、如何提升绩效以及如何帮助员工缓解工作压力等等。

    HRA2006年度大会主题确定为“HR的和谐，企业的成功”，正是力图帮助HR从业人员更好地从容应对挑战，掌握制胜之道。从根本入手，HR管理的出发点在于帮助企业构筑一个和谐的人力资源体系和环境，而要实现这一初衷，HR从业人员则应具备人力资源管理各学科必需的胜任能力和必要的实践经验。

    本届年会为期一天，上午全体大会安排了HR高层论坛和 『明』家讲坛；下午将举办多达九场分论坛。我们有幸邀请到近四十位来自不同行业企业的人力资源管理专家、学者、顾问等担任演讲嘉宾，与大家分享他们的丰富经验和真知灼见，并探讨多个有关人力资源管理的热点话题。 会议期间同时举行展览会，欢迎您莅临参观近三十家优秀HR服务机构的最新产品和服务，务求使您在参会的同时，了解HR最新信息、工具和方法，获得最大裨益。

Message from the HRA Chairman & Secretarial-General

On behalf of the Board of HRA (Human Resource Association for Chinese & Foreign Enterprises, Beijing) and the Secretariat Office, we have the pleasure in welcoming you to the 10th HRA Annual Conference & Exhibition.

Whilst globalization and China’s fast growing economy offer great opportunities for businesses in China, both multinational firms and local companies are confronted with unprecedented challenges in human resources. These challenges include but are not limited to talent shortages, retention, performance improvement and stress management.

Featuring the theme “Harmony in HR, Success in Business”, the 10th Anniversary Conference will seek to help HR practitioners better address the above mentioned challenges and find their winning strategy. Fundamentally, the essence of HR management rests upon creating a harmonious HR system for the sustainable growth of business. To this end, HR professionals must equip themselves with necessary competencies and hands-on practices.

The conference, comprising 2 plenary and up to 9 concurrent sessions, bring together some 40 leading thinkers and HR professionals from the business community, academia and consultancies. A wide range of hot topics on HR, talent management and career development will be discussed throughout the day.

An exhibition will also be held during the conference. You are most welcome to visit the stands to review the products and services offered by some 30 reputable HR service providers.

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of HRA, a cocktail reception will be held at the end of Conference. Whilst we cordially invite you to join us recognizing the outstanding achievement made by the HRA board in the last 10 years, we also plan to organize lucky draws for all attendants.

In addition to thanking Beijing Foreign Enterprises Human Resource Services Co. Ltd. (FESCO) for being our conference sponsor this year, special gratitude also goes to all individuals, companies, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors.
